  • Each allegation carries the records that bear on it, so the response to a pleading is assembled from the file instead of from memory
  • Every link states how it was made: quoted from a document a person already wrote, or matched across two independent sources

Cited means a person already wrote the reference. Corroborated means two sources agree. They are never blended.

  • Exhibit lists and damages schedules are built from the record itself, so the figure on the page is the figure in the file and changing a line changes every page that carries it
  • Each outbound package is measured against who is receiving it, and if a page carries something that recipient should not have, it does not present
