Bring one matter. Not a pilot, not a committee.

One live file, ideally a difficult one. The demonstration is your own case, because a demonstration on somebody else’s data proves nothing about yours.

Email us the matter

Week one — the file gets built

You send the material in whatever shape it is in: a mailbox export, a folder of PDFs, a text thread, the estimates. Nothing gets retyped and nothing needs organising first. By the end of the week the matter has a dated timeline and everything in it is searchable.

Week two — the claims get tied to the paper

Each allegation or coverage position is walked against the record, and every link is marked cited or corroborated. Anything the file does not support shows as unsupported. Then we build one real package and run it against three different recipients so you can see what gets held for each.

The test we would like you to apply.

At the end of two weeks, does the file tell you something about your own matter you did not already know? A date you had wrong, an element nothing supports, a sentence that should not have gone out. If the answer is no, we stop and you owe nothing.

  • Whatever material exists, in whatever state it is in
  • The list of who receives things: parties, your own experts, your own counsel
